Formed in Hershey, Pennsylvania in 1986, The Ocean Blue is an American indie pop band. The group's original lineup consisted of David Schelzel on lead vocals and guitar, Steve Lau on keyboards and saxophone, Bobby Mittan on bass guitar, and Rob Minnig on drums and vocals. The band emerged from the indie pop scene with this core group of musicians.
