The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza is an American mathcore band that originated in Monroe, Louisiana, where founding members Layne Meylain, Mason Crooks, Brad Thomson, and Mike Butler established the group. The band subsequently relocated to Murfreesboro, Tennessee, in search of a frontman and recruited Jessie Freeland to complete their lineup. During their time as an active ensemble, they released four studio albums before disbanding in 2012.
