Windser is the stage name of American musician, singer-songwriter, and producer Jordan Topf. Based in Los Angeles, California, he gained initial recognition through his debut EP Where the Redwoods Meet the Sea, released in 2022. This early project established him within the music landscape and led to broader attention for his work. On May 16, 2025, Windser released his self-titled debut album through Bright Antenna Records, marking a significant milestone in his career. Prior to his solo endeavors, Topf was a member of the group Mainland, which contributed to his musical foundation and experience in the industry.
